Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Norwegen, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, Schweiz, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn, Zypern.

Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Überseedepartements Frankreichs (Martinique, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Französisch-Guayana und Saint-Martin), Gibraltar, Kanarischen Inseln, Ålandinseln, Berg Athos in Griechenland, Portugisische Inseln Sao Miguel Island, Cape Verde, Ilha De Armona, Madeira Island, Pico, Flores, Ilha Da Tavira, Terceira Island, Porto Santo Island, Faial Island.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

- Warenwert bis 100 € = 5,90 €

From an order value of 100,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

Österreich:
- Warenwert bis 100 € = 11,90 €
- Warenwert über 100 € bis 250 € = 7,90 €
- Warenwert über 250 € = 0,00 €

Restliche EU:
- Warenwert bis 100 € = 13,90 €
- Warenwert über 100 € bis 250 € = 8,90 €
- Warenwert über 250 € = 0,00 €

Schweiz, Norwegen, Liechtenstein:
- Warenwert bis 100 € = 21,90 €
- Warenwert über 100 € bis 200 € = 15,90 €
- Warenwert über 200 € bis 300 € = 9,90 €
- Warenwert über 300 € = 0,00 €

From an order value of 250,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 2 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 5 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
